Membership

If you would like to show your support for FPWA Sexual Health Services you can become a member. Membership entitles you to full voting rights or, in the case of organisational membership, voting rights for one representative from the joining organisation.

Association members are entitled to join the FPWA Sexual Health Services Library at no charge (clinic administration fee applies for clinical services). 

You can print a membership form or Contact Us to have one sent out.

Individual Membership

Entitles you to have voting rights and receive our enewsletter. $25.00 per annum or $15.00 per annum for students and Health Care Card holders

Organisation Membership

Entitles your organisation to have voting rights and receive our e-newsletter. $50.00 per annum.
Please include a copy of your organisations objectives as stated in your constitution.
