Sexual Health Helpline

The Sexual Health Helpline covers all aspects of sexual and reproductive health for both men and women.  FPWA Sexual Health Services’ Advanced Practice Nurses are available for a confidential and anonymous discussion on any of the following:

  • contraception options (pill, mini pill, contraceptive implant, contraceptive injection, diaphragm, IUD, vaginal ring, condoms)
  • emergency contraception
  • fertility issues (men and women)
  • immunisation
  • HIV/AIDS
  • menopause
  • men's sexual health  
  • planning a pregnancy
  • postnatal depression
  • sexual difficulties
  • safe sex
  • sexually transmissible infections (STIs)
  • relationships and sexuality
  • unplanned pregnancy, including the law in WA on the issues regarding termination

Perth metropolitan area callers can phone 08 9227 6178 on weekdays between 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Country area callers can phone 1800 198 205 on weekdays between 8.30am to 5.00pm
